Technical Support Executive (Positions - 5)

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to customers via telephone, email and remote location for the range of services and products that Solutios provide.
  • Diagnose and resolve customers problems.
  • Provide weekly reports to key customers.
  • Report and track faults through our wholesale suppliers.
  • Ensure that customers are kept up to date at all times.
  • Answer customers questions.
  • Liaise with suppliers to obtain best pricing for projects.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support.

Education / Qualifications

  • Minimum Graduation.
  • Relating to IT and any other IT/network related qualifications or training are also desirable.

Skill Requirements

  • Experience in providing IT support, ideally in a helpdesk environment.
  • Technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows/Linux on both desktop and server.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Able to work on own and under pressure.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Good time management and priority handling.
  • Previous experience of working in a customer facing environment.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve problems.

Marketing Executive (Positions - 5)

Job Description

  • Handle customer inquiry telephonically & provide the proper information about our services.
  • Make sure that every inquiry is attained with detail.
  • Resolve customer enquiry with 100% satisfaction & quality information.
  • Ensure no query is left unanswered or unresolved.
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary.
  • Search information & resolve customers query from the system.
  • Enter new customer information into system mandatorily.
  • Update existing customer information after every call mandatorily.
  • Complete call logs after every call mandatorily.
  • Complete daily targets assigned by respective TL’s mandatorily.
  • Should be ready to work in any given shifts.
  • Submit daily work report to TL’s mandatorily.

Education and Experience:

  • Upto 1 year of experience.
  • MBA in Marketing from recognized institute.
  • Proficient in call center system & should be familiar with call center environment.
  • Required language proficiency in English, Hindi & Marathi.
  • Experience of customer service principles and practices.

iOS Developer (Positions - 2)

Skills

  • Master degree of Computers, Bachelor in computer engineering (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 1+ years experience of professional IOS development.
  • Sound knowledge of Objective-C and IOS SDK.
  • Write code using Object Oriented Programming standards.
  • Familiar with XCODE.
